SEC. 504. DISADVANTAGED SMALL BUSINESSES.
Nothing contained in this Act is intended to reduce or limit any programs, benefit, or activity that is authorized by law to assist small business concerns owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals as defined pursuant to section 8(d)(3) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637(d)(3)). Approved October 25, 1988.
