SEC. 3. Section 112(a) of UMTRCA (42 U.S.C. 7922(a)) is amended to read as follows: "(a) The authority of the Secretary to perform remedial action Water. under this title shall terminate on September 30, 1994, except that the authority of the Secretary to perform groundwater restoration activities under this title is without limitation.". Approved November 5, 1988.
