PUBLIC LAW 100-655—NOV. 14, 1988 RESERVATION OF RIGHT TO AMEND OR REPEAL CHARTER

36 USC 4112.

SEC. 113. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this title is expressly reserved to the Congress. DEFINITION OF STATE

36 USC 4113.

SEC. 114. For purposes of this title, the term "State" includes the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and the territories and possessions of the United States. TAX-EXEMPT STATUS

36 USC 4114.

SEC. 115. The corporation shall maintain its status as an organization exempt from taxation as provided in the Internal Revenue Code of 1954. TERMINATION

36 USC 4115.

SEC. 116. If the corporation fails to comply with any of the restrictions or other provisions of this title, the charter granted by this title shall expire. Approved November 14, 1988.
