CHAPTER VI—GENERAL PROVISION No part of any appropriation contained in this title shall remain available for obligation beyond the current fiscal year unless expressly so provided herein. This title may be cited as the "Urgent Supplemental Appropriations Act of 1989 to Meet the Dire Emergency Created by the Crisis of Drug Abuse". Approved November 18, 1988.
