ENROLLMENT CORRECTIONS—H.R. 1467 Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That, in the enrollment of the bill to authorize appropriations to carry out the Endangered Species Act of 1973 during fiscal years 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, and 1992, and for other purposes (otherwise designated as H.R. 1467), the Clerk of the House of Representatives shall make the following corrections: (1) In the matter proposed to be amended by section 1001(a), strike "The term person" and insert "(13) The term 'person'". (2) In the second sentence of paragraph (1) of the matter proposed to be amended by section 1003, strike "in development" and insert "in developing". (3) In section 1008(b)(2)(iv), strike "effect" and insert "affect". (4) In section 1008(b)(2)(v), strike "measure" and insert "measures". (5) In paragraph (1) of the matter proposed to be added by section 1012, strike "unidentifiable" and insert "identifiable". (6) In section 2305(9), strike "their" and insert "his or her".

ENROLLMENT CORRECTIONS—H.R. 1720

Resolved by the Senate (the House of Representatives concurring), That, in the enrollment of the bill (H.R. 1720) to revise the AFDC program to emphasize work, child support, and family benefits, to amend title IV of the Social Security Act to encourage and assist needy children and parents under the new program to obtain the education, training, and employment needed to avoid long-term welfare dependence, and to make other necessary improvements to assure that the new program will be more effective in achieving its objectives, the Clerk of the House of Representatives shall make the following corrections: (1) In section 111(f)(3) of the bill, strike "such date" and insert 42 USC 653 note, "such data". (2) In paragraphs (2) and (4) of subsection (i) of the proposed new section 482 of the Social Security Act (as added by section 201(b) of the bill), strike "403(k)" and insert "403(1)". 42 USC 682. (3) In paragraph (l)(C)(i)(II) of the proposed new subsection (g) of section 402 of the Social Security Act (as added by section 301 of the bill), before the period insert ", or (if higher) an amount 42 USC 602. established by the State". (4) In paragraph (6)(D) of the proposed new subsection (g) of section 402 of the Social Security Act (as added by section 301 of the bill), strike "$13,000,000,000" and insert "$13,000,000".
