PUBLIC LAW 101-147—NOV. 10, 1989 103 STAT. 877 Public Law 101-147 101st Congress An Act To amend the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 and the National School Lunch Act to revise and extend certain authorities contained in such Acts, and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS. (a) SHORT TITLE.—T h is Act may be cited as the "Child Nutrition and WIC Reauthorization Act of 1989".
