PUBLIC LAW 101-195—DEC. 5, 1989 103 STAT. 1789 SEC. 11. LOW ALTITUDE FLIGHT ACTIVITIES. Nothing in this Act shall preclude low level overflights of military aircraft, the designation of new units of special airspace, or the use or establishment of military flight training routes over the Alta Toquima, Arc Dome, Currant Mountain or Table Mountain Wilder- ness areas.
