It is the sense of the Senate that in the event that a committee of the House of Representatives acts in response to section 5 of this resolution to report to the House Committee on the Budget recommendations for legislation that would provide for in- creased Medicaid funding, the Senatesh^ll adopt a revision of the instructions in section 5 of this resolution changing the instructions for the Senate Committee on Finance to incorporate the assumption for Medicaid increases reflected in this resolution and reflected in the allocations to the Committee on Finance under section 302(a) of the Congressional Budget Act of 1974.
