PENNSYLVANIA TOLL ROAS DEMONSTRATION PROJECT For necessary expenses for the Monongahela Valley Expressway, $5,100,000, to remain available \M\til expended: Provided, That these funds together with funds made available from the Highway Trust Fund, for Federal participation in the tcAl highway project being carried out under section 12©(j) of title 23, United States Code, in the State of Pennsylvania shall be subject to section 129(j) of such title, relating to Federal share limitation. HIGHWAY DEMONSTRATION PR0^:CT8 For up to 80 percent of the expenses necessary for certain highway projects that demonstrate methods of iiaproving safety, reducing congestion, or promoting economic development, $71,365,000, to remain available until expended. HIGHWAY DEMONSTRATION PROJECTS—PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING For up to 80 percent of the expenses necessary to carry out feasibility studies, preliminary engineering, environmental studies, and right-of-way acquisition for certain highway and bicycle transportation projects that demonstrate methods of improving safety, reducing congestion, or promoting economic development, $48,293,000, to remain available until expended. CORRIDOR H IMPROVEMENT PROJECT For the purpose of carrying out a demonstration of methods of eliminating traffic congestion, and to promote economic benefits for the area affected by the construction of the Corridor H segment of the Appalachian Highway System, there is hereby appropriated $51,500,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That all funds appropriated under this head shall be exempted from any limitation on obligations for Federal-aid highways and highway safety construction programs. CORRIDOR G IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM For the purpose of carrying out a demonstration of methods of eliminating traffic congestion, and to promote economic benefits for the area affected by the construction of the Corridor G segment of the Appalachian Highway System, there is hereby appropriated $33,275,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That all funds appropriated under this head shall be exempted from any limitation on obligations for Federal-aid highways and highway safety construction programs. CORRIDOR D IMPROVEMENT PROJECT For the purpose of carrying out a demonstration of methods of eliminating traffic congestion, and to promote economic benefits for the area affected by the construction of the Corridor D segment of the Appalachian Highway System, there is hereby appropriated $10,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That all
