105 STAT. 210 PUBLIC LAW 102-40—MAY 7, 1991 SEC. 305. TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS. (a) SECTION 3202. —Section 3202(d) is amended by striking out "an inmate" and inserting in lieu thereof "a patient". (b) SuBCHAPTEK HEADING. —(1) The heading of subchapter II of chapter 85 is amended by striking out "INMATE" and inserting in lieu thereof "PATIENT". (2) The item relating to such subchapter heading in the table of sections at the beginning of such chapter is amended by striking out "INMATE" and inserting in lieu thereof "PATIENT". TITLE IV—REORGANIZATION AND REDESIGNATION OF PARTS IV, V, AND VI OF TITLE 38 SEC. 401. FURTHER REVISION AND REORGANIZATION OF CHAPTER 73.
