105 STAT. 616 PUBLIC LAW 102-124—OCT. 9, 1991 Public Law 102-124 102d Congress An Act Oct. 9, 1991 To extend until October 18, 1991, the legislative reinstatement of the power of Indian [8.1773] tribes to exercise criminal jurisdiction over Indians. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. Section 8077(d) of the Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 25 USC 1301 1991 (Public Law 101-511), is amended by deleting "September 30, note. 1991" and inserting in lieu thereof "October 18, 1991".
