Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following sums are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the Department of Transportation and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1992, and for other purposes, namely: TITLE I—DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY Oct. 28, 1991 [H.R. 2942] Department of Transportation and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 1992. IMMEDIATE OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY For necessary expenses of the Immediate Office of the Secretary, $1,435,000. IMMEDIATE OFFICE OF THE DEPUTY SECRETARY For necessary expenses of the Immediate Office of the Deputy Secretary, $550,000. OFFICE OF THE GENERAL COUNSEL For necessary expenses of the Office of the General Counsel, $7,000,000. OFFICE OF THE ASSISTANT SECRETARY FOR POLICY AND INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS For necessary expenses of the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Policy and International Affairs, $8,733,000. OFFICE OF THE ASSISTANT SECRETARY FOR BUDGET AND PROGRAMS For necessary expenses of the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Budget and Programs, $2,726,000, including not to exceed $40,000 for allocation within the Department of official reception and representation expenses as the Secretary may determine. OFFICE OF THE ASSISTANT SECRETARY FOR GOVERNMENTAL AFFAIRS For necessary expenses of the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Governmental Affairs, $2,320,000.
