105 STAT. 926 PUBLIC LAW 102-143—OCT. 28, 1991 RIGHT-OF-WAY REVOLVING FUND (LIMITATION ON DIRECT LOANS AND UQUIDATION OF CONTRACT AUTHORIZATION) (HIGHWAY TRUST FUND) During fiscal year 1992 and with the resources and authority available, gross obligations for the principal amount of direct loans shall not exceed $42,500,000. For payment of obligations incurred in carrying out the provisions of section 107 of title 23, United States Code, $40,000,000 to be derived from the Highway Trust Fund and to remain available until expended. MOTOR CARRIER SAFETY For necessary expenses to carry out the motor carrier safety functions of the Secretary as authorized by the Department of Transportation Act (80 Stat. 939-940), $47,600,000, of which $3,579,000 shall remain available until expended. MOTOR CARRIER SAFETY GRANTS (UQUIDATION OF CONTRACT AUTHORIZATION) (HIGHWAY TRUST FUND) For payment of obligations incurred in carrying out the provisions of section 402 of Public Law 97-424 $62,000,000, to be derived from the Highway Trust Fund and to remain available until expended: Provided, That none of the funds in this Act shall be available for the implementation or execution of programs the obligations for which are in excess of $65,000,000 for "Motor Carrier Safety Grants". BALTIMORE-WASHINGTON PARKWAY (HIGHWAY TRUST FUND) For necessary expenses, not otherwise provided, to carry out the provisions of the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1970 for the Baltimore-Washington Parkway, to remain available until expended, $19,800,000, to be derived from the Highway Trust Fund and to be withdrawn therefrom at such times and in such amounts as may be necessary. INTERMODAL URBAN DEMONSTRATION PROJECT (HIGHWAY TRUST FUND) For necessary expenses to carry out the provisions of section 124 of the Federal-Aid Highway Amendments of 1974, $9,000,000, to be derived from the Highway Trust Fund and to remain available until expended.
