OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF DEFENSE Classified Location, $2,100,000. (c) ON-SITE INSPECTION AGENCY. — Using amounts appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in section 2404(a)(13), the Secretary of Defense may acquire or construct portal facilities at various locations in support of the On-Site Inspection Agency in an amount not to exceed $2,000,000.
