[H.R. 3387] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. Section 17(a) of the Pennsylvania Avenue Development Corporation Act of 1972 (86 Stat. 1266, 40 U.S.C. 885(a)) is amended by striking out all that follows "1991;" and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "and $2,807,000 for the fiscal year 1992.".
