CONCURRENT RESOLUTIONS—JUNE 26, 1991 105 STAT. 2435 box derby races, on the Capitol grounds on July 13, 1991, or on such other date as the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President pro tempore of the Senate may jointly designate. Such event shall be free of admission charge to the public and arranged not to interfere with the needs of Congress, under conditions to be prescribed by the Architect of the Capitol and the Capitol Police Board, except that the Association shall assume full responsibility for all expenses and liabilities incident to all activities associated with the event. For the purposes of this resolution, the Association is authorized to erect upon the Capitol grounds, subject to the approval of the Architect of the Capitol, such stage, sound amplification devices, and other related structures and equipment, as may be required for the event. The Architect of the Capitol and the Capitol Police Board are authorized to make any such additional arrangements that may be required to carry out the event. Agreed to June 25, 1991. ADJOURNMENT—HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES June 26.1991 AND SENATE [H. Con. Res. 175] Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That when the House adjourns on Thursday, June 27, 1991, it stand adjourned until noon on Tuesday, July 9, 1991, or until noon on the second day after Members are notified to reassemble pursuant to section 2 of this concurrent resolution, whichever occurs first; and that when the Senate recesses or adjourns at the close of business on Friday, June 28, 1991, Saturday, June 29, 1991, Sunday, June 30, 1991, Monday, July 1, 1991, or Tuesday, July 2, 1991, pursuant to a motion made iDy the Majority Leader, or his designee, in accordance with this resolution, it stand recessed or adjourned until noon, or until such time as may be specified by the Majority Leader or his designee in the motion to adjourn or recess, on Monday, July 8, 1991, or until noon on the second day after members are notified to reassemble pursuant to section 2 of this resolution, whichever occurs first. SEC. 2. The Speaker of the House and the Majority Leader of the Senate, acting jointly after consultation with the Minority Leader of the House and the Minority Leader of the Senate, shall notify the Members of the House and the Senate, respectively, to reassemble whenever, in their opinion, the public interest shall warrant it.
