PUBLIC LAW 102-265—MAR. 26, 1992 106 STAT. 91 (2) LIMITATION ON APPLICATION OF SECTION. —Notwithstanding section 11(b) of the Food Stamp Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 2020(b)), no State agency shall be required to search its files for cases to which the amendment made by subsection (a) applies, except where the excludability of amounts described in section 5(d)(16) of the Food Stamp Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 2014(d)(16)) was raised with the State agency prior to December 13, 1991.
