Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; REFERENCES; DEFINITIONS; TABLE OF CON- TENTS. (a) SHORT TITLE. —Th is Act may be cited as the "Higher Education Amendments of 1992". (b) REFERENCES. —References in this Act to 'the Act" are ref- erences to the Higher Education Act of 1965. (c) DEFINITIONS.—Unless otherwise provided therein, terms used in titles XIII, XIV, and XV shall have the same meaning given to such terms ui section 1201 of the Higher Education Act of 1965.
