PUBLIC LAW 102-341—AUG. 14, 1992 106 STAT. 873 Public Law 102-341 102d Congress An Act Making appropriations for Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Adminis- . ^. - ggn tration, and Related Agencies programs for the fiscal year ending September ^'—^ -— 30, 1993, and for other purposes, [H.R. 5487] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following sums are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies programs for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1993, and for other purposes, namely: TITLE I—AGRICULTURAL PROGRAMS Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 1993. PRODUCTION, PROCESSING, AND MARKETING OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY (INCLUDING TRANSFERS OF FUNDS) For necessary expenses of the Office of the Secretary of Agriculture, and not to exceed $50,000 for employment under 5 U.S.C. 3109, $2,282,000: Provided, That not to exceed $8,000 of this amount shall be available for official reception and representation expenses, not otherwise provided for, as determined by the Secretary: Provided further, That the Secretary may transfer salaries and expenses funds in this Act sufficient to finance a total of not to exceed 35 staff years between agencies of the Department of Agriculture to meet workload requirements. OFFICE OF THE DEPUTY SECRETARY For necessary expenses of the Office of the Deputy Secretary of Agriculture, including not to exceed $25,000 for employment under 5 U.S.C. 3109, $543,000: Provided, That not to exceed $3,000 of this amount shall be available for official reception and representation expenses, not otherwise provided for, as determined by the Deputy Secretary. OFFICE OF BUDGET AND PROGRAM ANALYSIS For necessary expenses of the Office of Budget and Program Analysis, including employment pursuant to the second sentence of section 706(a) of the Organic Act of 1944 (7 U.S.C. 2225), of which not to exceed $5,000 is for employment under^ 5 U.S.C. 3109, $5,756,000.
