106 STAT. 2214 PUBLIC LAW 102-433—OCT. 23, 1992 Public Law 102-433 102d Congress An Act Oct. 23, 1992 To designate Federal Office Bmlding Number 9 located at 1900 E Street, Northwest, [H.R. 3118] in the District of Columbia, as the Theodore Roosevelt Federal Building". Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That Federal Office Building Number 9, which is occupied by the Office of Personnel Management and is located at 1900 E Street, Northwest, in Washington, D.C., is hereby designated as the "Theodore Roosevelt Federal Building^. Any reference to such building in a law, rule, map, document, record, or other paper of the United States shall be considered to be a reference to the Theodore Roosevelt Federal Building*.
