106 STAT. 2248 PUBLIC LAW 102-447—OCT. 23, 1992 Public Law 102-447 102d Congress An Act Oct. 23, 1992 To designate the Central Square facility of the United States Postal Service in [H.R. 5453] Cambridge, Massachusetts, as the "Clifton Merriman Post Office Building". Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. DESIGNATION. The Central Square facility of the United States Postal Service located at 770 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge, Massachusetts, shall be known and designated as the Clifton Merriman Post Office Building". SEC. 2. REFERENCES. Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the "Clifton Merriman Post Office Building".
