PUBLIC LAW 102-516—OCT. 24, 1992 106 STAT. 3379 Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That January 3, 1993, through January 9, 1993, is designated as "National Law Enforcement Training Week". The President is authorized and requested to issue a proclamation calling upon the people of the United States to observe such week with appropriate exhibits, ceremonies, and activities, including programs designed to heighten the awareness of all citizens, particularly the youth of this Nation, of the importsuice of law enforcement training and related disciplines.
