PILOT STUDY AUTHORIZING UTILITY OF NONDESTRUCTIVE 19 USC 1646b EXAMINATION SYSTEM. ^o ^- The Secretary of the Treasiiry, acting through the Commissioner of Customs, shall conduct a pilot study of the utility of a nondestructive examination system to be used for inspection of containers that may <:ontain automobiles leaving the country for the purpose of determining whether such automobiles have been stolen.
