(b) GREERS FERRY LAKE VISITORS CENTER, ARKANSAS.— (1) DESIGNATION. —The visitors center at Greers Ferry Lake, Arkansas, authorized by section 4 of the Act of June 28, 1938 (52 Stat. 2218), shall be known and designated as the "William Carl Gamer Visitors Center". (2) LEGAL REFERENCES.—A reference in any law, regulation, document, record, map, or other paper of the United States to the visitors center referred to in paragraph (1) shall be deemed to be a reference to the "William Carl Gamer Visitors Center". (c) JOHN PAUL HAMMERSCHMIDT LAKE, ARKANSAS.— (1) DESIGNATION. — The reservoir created by the James W. Trimble Lock and Dam on the Arkansas River, Arkansas, constructed as part of the project for navigation on the Arkansas River and tributaries, shall be known and designated as the "John Paul Hammerschmidt Lake". (2) LEGAL REFERENCES.— ^A reference in any law, regulation, docimient, record, map, or other paper of the United States to the lake referred to in paragraph (1) shall be deemed to / be a reference to the "John Paul Hammerschmidt Lake". (d) RED RIVER WATERWAY, LOUISIANA.— (1) DESIGNATION. —The lock numbered 5 on the Red River Waterway, Louisiana, is designated sis the "Joe D. Waggonner, Jr. Lock". (2) LEGAL REFERENCES.—^A reference in any law, regulation, document, map, or other paper of the United States to the lock referred to in paragraph (1) shall be deemed to be a reference to the "Joe D. Waggonner, Jr. Lock". (e) PASSAIC RIVER STREAMBANK AREA, NEW JERSEY. — (1) DESIGNATION. — The area for which environmental and other streambank restoration measures are authorized by section 101(a)(l8XB) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1990, relating to the project for flood control, Passaic River Mainstem, New Jersey and New York, shall hereafter be known and designated as the "Joseph G. Minish Passaic River Waterfront Park and Historic Area". (2) LEGAL REFERENCES. —A reference in any law, regulation, docimient, record, map, or other paper of the United States to the area referred to in paragraph (1) shall be deemed to be a reference to the "Joseph G. Minish Passaic River Waterfront Park and Historic Area". (f) BuENA VISTA FLOOD CONTROL PROJECT, VIRGINIA. — (1) DESIGNATION. — The project for flood control, Buena Vista, Virginia, authorized by section 101(a)(24) of the Water Resources Development of 1990 (104 Stet. 4610), shall hereafter be known and designated as the "James R. Olin Flood Control Project".
