106 STAT. 5158 PRIVATE LAW 102-20—OCT. 24, 1992 Nationality Act, shall be eligible for processing under section 245 of such Act upon approval of the petition filed under subsection (a). (d) DENIAL OF PREFERENTIAL IMMIGRATION TREATMENT FOR CERTAIN RELATIVES. — The natural parents, brothers, and sisters of Florence Adeboyeku shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
