107 STAT. 228 PUBLIC LAW 103-45—JULY 1, 1993 16 USC 620c SEC. 4. SEVERABILITY. If any provision of this Act or the amendments made by this Act, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of this Act and such amendments and the application of such provision to other persons not similarly situated or to other circumstances shall not be affected by such invalidation.
