PUBLIC LAW 103-46—JULY 1, 1993 107 STAT. 231 (d) AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.— Section 6 of such Act 16 USC 698e. is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new sentence: "Effective upon date of enactment of this sentence, there is authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of subsections (c) and (d) of the first section.".
