HOMEOWNERS ASSISTANCE FUND, DEFENSE (INCLUDING RESCISSION) Of the funds appropriated for "Homeowners Assistance Fund, Defense" under Public Law 102-380, $133,000,000 is hereby rescinded. For an additional amount for "Homeowners Assistance Fund, Defense", $133,000,000, to remain available until expended. CHAPTER VII DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND RELATED AGENCIES DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY (TRANSFERS OF FUNDS) OFFICE OF THE ASSISTANT SECRETARY FOR TRANSPORTATION POLICY For necessary expenses of the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Transportation Policy, $2,358,000 to be derived from amounts made available for the "Office of the Assistant Secretary for Policy and International Affairs" in the Department of Transportation and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 1993. OFFICE OF THE ASSISTANT SECRETARY FOR AVL\TION AND INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS For necessary expenses of the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Aviation and International Affairs, $7,920,000 to be derived from amounts made available for the "Office of the Assistant Secretary for Policy and International Affiiirs" and the "Office of Essential Air Service" in the Department of Transportation and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 1993.
