107 STAT. 736 PUBLIC LAW 103-73 —AUG. 11, 1993 TITLE III—OTHER ACTS SEC. 301. COMMITTEE FOR PURCHASE FROM PEOPLE WHO ARE BLIND OR SEVERELY DISABLED. Section 1 of the Act entitled "An Act to Create a Committee on Purchases of Bhnd-made Products, and for other purposes", approved June 25, 1938 (commonly known as the Wagner-O'Day Act; 41 U.S.C. 46) is amended by striking "From People Who Are Blind and Severely Disabled" and inserting "From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled". SEC. 302. INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES EDUCATION ACT. Section 631(a) of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (20 U.S.C. 1431(a)) is amended by redesignating the second paragraph (8), as added by section 912(a) of the Rehabilitation Act Amendments of 1992 (Public Law 102-569), as paragraph (9). ^ Approved August 11, 1993.
