PUBLIC LAW 103-206—DEC. 20, 1993 107 STAT. 2455 (f) EXPIRATION OF AUTHORITY TO CONVEY. —The authority of the Secretary of Transportation under this section to convey vessels shall expire on the date that is 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act.
