(b) AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. —Section 934 of such Act (42 U.S.C. 12340) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1) of subsection (a), to read as follows: "(1) There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out sections 931 and 932 such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 1995 through 1998."; and (2) by striking subsection (d). SEC. 403. FAMILY RESOURCE ACT. (a) NATIONAL CENTER. —Section 958(b)(3) of the Claude Pepper Young Americans Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 12353(b)(3)) is amended by striking "model". (b) AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.— Section 960 of the Claude Pepper Young Americans Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 12355) is amended— (1) in subsection (a), by striking "$2,300,000" and all that follows through the end thereof and inserting "$2,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 1995 through 1998."; and (2) in subsection (b), by striking "$700,000" and all that follows through the end thereof and inserting "$1,000,000 for fiscal year 1995, and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 1996 through 1998.".
