PUBLIC LAW 103-349—OCT. 6, 1994 108 STAT. 3145 (2) SANCTIONS. —Any person that makes a false or misleading statement or claim, or uses a false or misleading label, concerning protection described in paragraph (1) shall be subject to the sanctions described in section 128 of the Plant Variety Protection Act (7 U.S.C. 2568). SEC. 15. EFFECTIVE DATE. 7 USC 2401 note. This Act and the amendments made by this Act shall become effective 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act. Approved October 6, 1994.
