PUBLIC LAW 103-410—OCT. 25, 1994 108 STAT. 4235 Public Law 103-410 103d Congress An Act To redesignate the Post Office buUding located at 600 Princess Anne Street in Oct. 25, 1994 Fredericksburg, Virginia, as the "Samuel E. Perry Post Office Building". [H.R. 2056] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. R£3)ESIGNATION. The Post Office building located at 600 Princess Anne Street in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and known as the Main Post Office, shall be known and designated as the "Samuel E. Perry Post Office Building". SEC. 2. REFERENCES. Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the Post Office biulding referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the Samuel E.
