(c) REPORT ON PHASE I OF THE HIGH PLAINS STATES GROUND- WATER DEMONSTRATION PROJECT.—Section 3(d) of the High Plains States Groundwater Demonstration Program Act of 1983 (43 U.S.C. 390g-l(d)) is repealed. (d) REPORT ON RECI^AMATION REFORM ACT COMPLIANCE.—Section 224(g) of the Reclamation Reform Act of 1982 (43 U.S.C. 390ww(g)) is amended by striking the last 2 sentences.
