(b) REPORT ON JOINT FEDERAL AND STATE MOTOR FUEL TAX COMPLIANCE PROJECT. —Section 1040(d)(1) of the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991 (23 U.S.C. 101 note) is amended by striking "September 30 and". Subtitle M—Department of the Treasury SEC. 1131. REPORTS ELIMINATED. (a) REPORT ON THE OPERATION AND STATUS OF STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT FISCAL ASSISTANCE TRUST FUND.—Paragraph (8) of section 14001(a) of the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (31 U.S.C. 6701 note) is repealed. (b) REPORT ON THE ANTIRECESSION PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC WORKS EMPLOYMENT ACT OF 1976. —Section 213 of the Public Works Employment Act of 1976 (42 U.S.C. 6733) is repealed. (c) REPORT ON THE i^BESTOS TRUST FUND.— Paragraph (2) of section 5(c) of the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act of 1986 (20 U.S.C. 4022(c)) is repealed. SEC. 1132. REPORTS MODIFIED. (a) REPORT ON THE WORLD CUP USA 1994 COMMEMORATIVE COIN ACT. —Subsection (g) of section 205 of the World Cup USA 1994 Commemorative Coin Act (31 U.S.C. 5112 note) is amended by striking "month" and inserting "calendar quarter". (b) REPORTS ON VARIOUS FUNDS. — Subsection (b) of section 321 of title 31, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking "and" at the end of paragraph (5), (2) by striking the period at the end of paragraph (6) and inserting "; and", and (3) by adding after paragraph (6) the following new paragraph: "(7) notwithstanding any other provision of law, fulfill any requirement to issue a report on the financial condition of any fund on the books of the Treasury by including the required information in a consolidated report, except that information with respect to a specific fund shall be separately reported if the Secretary determines that the consolidation of such information would result in an unwarranted delay in the availability of such information.". (c) REPORT ON THE JAMES MADISON-BILL OF RIGHTS COMMEMO- RATIVE COIN ACT. —Subsection (c) of section 506 of the James Madison-Bill of Rights Commemorative Coin Act (31 U.S.C. 5112 note) is amended by striking out "month" each place it appears and inserting in lieu thereof "calendar quarter".
