SEC. 44. ARTICLES USED TO PROVTOE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES. (a) IN GENERAL. —Subchapter I of chapter 98 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new heading: 9801.00.85 Professional books, implements, instruments, and tools of trade, occupation, or employ- ment, when returned to the United States after having been exported for use temporarily abroad, if imported by or for the account of the person who exported such items Free Free (b) EFFECTIVE DATE.—The amendment made by subsection (a) applies to articles entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act. SEC. 45. YTTRIUM OXIDE AND CERIUM ALUMINUM TERBIUM USED AS LUMINOPHORES. (a) IN GENERAL.— Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new heading: 9902.32.06 Yttrium oxide and cerium aluminum terbium of a kind used as luminophores (provided for in subheading 3206.50.00)...
