PUBLIC LAW 105-185-JUNE 23, 1998 112 STAT. 523 Public Law 105-185 105th Congress An Act To ensure that federally funded agricultural research, extension, and education address high-priority concerns with national or multistate significance, to reform, extend, and eliminate certain agricultural research programs, and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS. (a) SHORT TITLE.—Th is Act may be cited as the "Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education Reform Act of 1998". (b) TABLE OF CONTENTS. —The table of contents of this Act is as follows: Sec. 1.
