112 STAT. 2460 PUBLIC LAW 105-275—OCT. 21, 1998 20 USC 2103 (d) BOARD OF TRUSTEES, TRANSITION PERIOD.—The term of note. office of members of the Board of Trustees appointed by the Librarian of Congress under the amendments made by subsection (b)(1) shall be 6 years, except that of the four members first appointed by the Librariein, one shall serve for a term of 2 years, two for a term of 4 years, and one for a term of 6 years. 5 USC 8147 note. SEC. 313. For purposes of section 8147 of title 5, United States Code, the Government Printing Office is not considered an agency which is required by statute to submit an annual budget pursuant to or as provided by chapter 91 of title 31, United States Code, and is not required to pay an additional amount for the cost of administration. This Act may be cited as the "Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 1999". Approved October 21, 1998.
