112 STAT. 3054 PUBLIC LAW 105-326—OCT. 30, 1998 SEC. 14. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. (a) RESOURCE RECOVERY AND MITIGATION. — There are author- \ ized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Agriculture, out of \nonpower revenues to the Federal Government from land transferred under this Act, such sums as are necessary to implement such habitat, sensitive resource, or cultural resource recovery, mitigation, or replacement strategies as are developed with respect to land transferred under this Act, except that the strategies may not include acquisition of privately owned lands in Daggett County. (b) OTHER SUMS. —In addition to sums made available under subsection (a), there are authorized to be appropriated such sums as are necessary to carry out this Act. Approved October 30, 1998.
