CHAPTER 2 DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR BUREAU OF RECLAMATION WATER AND RELATED RESOURCES For an additional amount for "Water and Related Resources", $1,500,000, to remain available luitil expended, under authority of the Reclamation States Emergency Drought Relief Act of 1991 (43 U.S.C. 2201 et seq.) to purchase water in accordance with such Act from the Central Arizona Project (or if no water is available for purchase from the Central Arizona Project from any other appropriate source) to maintain an appropriate pool of stored water for fish and wildlife purposes at the San Carlos Lake in Arizona.
