(11) For the construction of the multi-purpose digital training range. Fort Knox, Kentucky, authorized in section 2101(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1999 (division B of Public Law 105-261; 112 Stat. 2182), $16,000,000. (12) For the construction of the power plant, Roi Namur Island, Kwajalein Atoll, Kwajalein, authorized in section 2101(b) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1999 (division B of Public Law 105-261; 112 Stat. 2183), $35,400,000. (b) LIMITATION ON TOTAL COST OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS. — Notwithstanding the cost variations authorized by section 2853 of title 10, United States Code, and any other cost variation authorized by law, the total cost of all projects carried out under section 2101 of this Act may not exceed— (1) the total amount authorized to be appropriated under paragraphs (1) and (2) of subsection (a); (2) $46,000,000 (the balance of the amount authorized under section 2101(a) for the construction of the whole barracks complex renewal at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii); (3) $22,000,000 (the balance of the amount authorized under section 2101(a) for the construction of the whole barracks complex renewal at Fort Bragg, North Carolina); (4) $10,000,000 (the balance of the amount authorized under section 2101(a) for the construction of tank trail erosion mitigation at the Yakima Training Center, Fort Lewis, Washington); (5) $10,100,000 (the balance of the amount authorized under section 2101(a) for the construction of a tactical equipment shop at Fort Sill, Oklahoma); (6) $2,592,000 (the balance of the amount authorized under section 2101(a) for the construction of the chemical defense qualification facility at Pine Bluff Arsenal, Arkansas); and (7) $9,000,000 (the balance of the amount authorized under section 2101(a) for the construction of the whole barracks renovation at Fort Riley, Kansas). (c) ADJUSTMENT. —The total amount authorized to be appropriated pursuant to paragraphs (1) through (12) of subsection (a)
