SEC. 305. Section 604(a)(5) of title 28, United States Code, is amended by adding before the semicolon at the end thereof the following: ", and, notwithstanding any other provision of law, pay on behalf of Justices and judges of the United States appointed to hold office during good behavior, aged 65 or over, any increases in the cost of Federal Employees' Group Life Insurance imposed after April 24, 1999, including any expenses generated by such payments, as authorized by the Judicial Conference of the United States". SEC. 306. The second paragraph of section 112(c) of title 28, United States Code, is amended to read "Court for the Eastern District shall be held at Brooklyn, Hsiuppauge, Hempstead (including the village of Uniondale), and Central Islip.". SEC. 307. Pursuant to the requirements of section 156(d) of title 28, United States Code, Congress hereby approves the consolidation of the Office of the Bankruptcy Clerk with the Office of the District Clerk of Court in the Southern District of West Virginia. SEC. 308. (a) IN GENERAL.—Section 3006A(d)(4)(D)(vi) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding after the word "require" the following: ", except that the amount of the fees shall not be considered a reason justifying any limited disclosure under section 3006A(d)(4) of title 18, United States Code". (b) EFFECTIVE DATE. — This section shall apply to all disclosures made under section 3006A(d) of title 18, United States Code, related to any criminal trial or appeal involving a sentence of death where the underlying alleged criminal conduct took place on or after April 19, 1995. SEC. 309. (a) The President shall appoint, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate— (1) three additional district judges for the district of Arizona; (2) four additional district judges for the middle district of Florida; and (3) two additional district judges for the district of Nevada. (b) In order that the table contained in section 133 of title 28, United States Code, will reflect the changes in the total number of permanent district judgeships authorized as a result of subsection (a) of this section— (1) the item relating to Arizona in such table is amended to read as follows: "Arizona 11"; (2) the item relating to Florida in such table is amended to read as follows: "Florida: Northern 4 Middle 15 Southern 16"; and (3) the item relating to Nevada in such table is amended to read as follows: "Nevada 6".
