PUBLIC LAW 106-124—DEC. 6, 1999 113 STAT. 1641 Public Law 106-124 106th Congress An Act To designate the United States Postal Service building located at 8850 South Dec. 6, 1999 700 East, Sandy, Utsih, as the "Noal Gushing Bateman Post Office Building". [H.R. 1251] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. DESIGNATION. The United States Postal Service building located at 8850 South 700 East, in Sandy, Utah, shall be known and designated as the "Noal Gushing Bateman Post Office Building". SEC. 2. REFERENCES. Any reference in any law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the building referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the "Noal Gushing Bateman Post Office Building", Approved December 6, 1999.
