114 STAT. 3382 PROCLAMATION 7350—OCT. 2, 2000 ANNEX Effective with respect to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consusqmon, on or after the date published inthe Federal Register by the United States Trade Rq)resentative, chapter 98 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is modified as set forth herein, with the m^erial in the new tariff provisions being inserted in the columns labeled "Heading/Subheading", "Article Description", and "Rates of Duty 1-Spedal". (I). The following new U. S. note is inserted in numerical sequence in subchapter n of chapter 98 of the tariff schedule: "7.
