115 STAT. 2744 PROCLAMATION 7449-^JUNE 8, 2001 "supply ofa service* inchides the produaion, distribution, muketing, sale and ddivery of as etvic e; "measuies by a Party affecdng trade in services* include neuures in respect of A. the purchase, payment or use ofa service; B. the access to and use o^ in connection with the supply ofa service, sovices which are required bya Patty to be offered to the public generally; C. the presence, inchiding conunerdal presence, of persons ofa Party{or the supply ofa service in thetenitory of another Party; 'commercial presence* means any type ofbusiness or professional establishment,including through A.
