PUBLIC LAW 107-173—MAY 14, 2002 116 STAT. 543 Public Law 107- 107th Congress 173 An Act To enhance the border security of the United States, and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. (a) SHORT TITLE. —T his Act may be cited as the "Enhanced Border Security and Visa Entry Reform Act of 2002". (b) TABLE OF CONTENTS. —The table of contents for this Act is as follows: Sec. Sec. 1.
