CONTRIBUTIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL PEACEKEEPING ACTIVITIES For an additional amount for "Contributions for International Peacekeeping Activities" to make United States peacekeeping pay- ments to the United Nations at a time of multilateral cooperation in the war on terrorism, $23,034,000: Provided, That the entire amount is designated by the Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended. RELATED AGENCY BROADCASTING BOARD OF GOVERNORS INTERNATIONAL BROADCASTING OPERATIONS For an additional amount for "International Broadcasting Operations", for emergency expenses for activities related to combating international terrorism, $7,400,000, to remain available until September 30, 2003: Provided, That funds appropriated by this paragraph shall be available notwithstanding sections 308(c) and 313 of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1994 and 1995: Provided further, That the entire amount is designated by the Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended. BROADCASTING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS - • For an additional amount for "Broadcasting Capital Improvements" for emergency expenses for activities related to combating international terrorism, $7,700,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That funds appropriated by this paragraph shall be available notwithstanding section 313 of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1994 and 1995. RELATED AGENCIES DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION MARITIME ADMINISTRATION MARITIME GUARANTEED LOAN (TITLE XI) PROGRAM ACCOUNT (RESCISSION) Of the unobligated balances available under this heading, $5,000,000 are rescinded.
