116 STAT. 1750 PUBLIC LAW 107-266—OCT. 30, 2002 Public Law 107-266 107th Congress An Act Oct. 30, 2002 To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 925 Dickinson [H R. 3740] Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as the "William A. Cibotti Post Office Biiilding". Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. DESIGNATION. The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 925 Dickinson Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, shall be known and designated as the "William A. Cibotti Post Office Building". SEC. 2. REFERENCES. Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the "William A.
