PUBLIC LAW 107-267—OCT. 30, 2002 116 STAT. 1751 Public Law 107-267 107th Congress An Act To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 120 North Oct. 30, 2002 Maine Street in Fallon, Nevada, as the "RoUan D. Melton Post Office Building". [H.R. 4102] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. DESIGNATION. The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 120 North Maine Street in Fallon, Nevada, shall be known and designated as the "RoUan D. Melton Post Office Building". SEC. 2. REFERENCES. Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the "RoUan D.
