(B) by inserting ", mill, or while employed in the transport of uranium ore or vanadium-uranium ore from such mine or mill" after "radiation in a uranium mine"; (9) in section 6(i), by striking the second sentence; (10) in section 6(k), by adding at the end the following: "Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act Amendments of 2000, the Attorney General shall issue revised regulations to carry out this Act. "; (11) in section 7, by amending subsection (b) to read as follows: "(b) CHOICE OF REMEDIES.— No individual may receive more than 1 payment under this Act."; and (12) by adding at the end the following: "SEC. 14. GAG REPORTS. "(a) IN GENERAL.— Not later than 18 months after the date of enactment of the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act Amendments of 2000, and every 18 months thereafter, the General Accounting Office shall submit a report to Congress containing a detailed accounting of the administration of this Act by the Department of Justice. "(b) CONTENTS. —Each report submitted under this section shall include an analysis of— "(1) claims, awards, and administrative costs under this Act; and "(2) the budget of the Department of Justice relating to this Act.". (b) CONFORMING AMENDMENTS.— Section 3 of the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act Amendments of 2000 (Public Law 106- 245) is amended by striking subsection (i). SEC. 11008. FEDERAL JUDICIARY PROTECTION ACT OF 2002. (a) SHORT TITLE. —This section may be cited as the "Federal Judiciary Protection Act of 2002". (b) ASSAULTING, RESISTING, OR IMPEDING CERTAIN OFFICERS OR EMPLOYEES. — Section 111 of title 18, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subsection (a), by striking "three" and inserting "8"; and (2) in subsection (b), by striking "ten" and inserting "20". (c) INFLUENCING, IMPEDING, OR RETALIATING AGAINST A FED- ERAL OFFICIAL BY THREATENING OR INJURING A FAMILY MEMBER. — Section 115(b)(4) of title 18, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking "five" and inserting "10"; and (2) by striking "three" and inserting "6". (d) MAILING THREATENING COMMUNICATIONS.—Section 876 of title 18, United States Code, is amended— (1) by designating the first 4 undesignated paragraphs as subsections (a) through (d), respectively; (2) in subsection (c), as redesignated by paragraph (1), by adding at the end the following: "If such a communication is addressed to a United States judge, a Federal law enforcement officer, or an official who is covered by section 1114, the individual shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both."; and (3) in subsection (d), as redesignated by paragraph (1), by adding at the end the following: "If such a communication
